  • Take initiative in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe store environment
  • Monitor quality control and report any issues to the Manager or relevant departments

  • Step in confidently as store-in-charge when the Manager is off-site

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong barista experience, with a deep understanding of specialty coffee practices
  • Proficiency in latte art and coffee presentation at a high standard
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and inspires teamwork
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or retail preferred
  • Confident handling inventory systems and administrative tasks
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset and great attention to detail
  • Full-time availability, including weekends
  • Legal right to work in the UK

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • A clear pathway for career progression within a global coffee brand
  • Comprehensive barista and leadership training
  • A supportive, team-focused environment
  • Staff discounts on coffee and merchandise
  • The chance to be part of a brand celebrated for design, quality, and craft

How to Apply:
