Shape the Future of Tea in the Specialty Coffee Market.

We are searching for a top-performing sales partner who can propel our wholesale growth, profitability, and influence within the industry. You will develop strategies, secure partnerships, ensuring we remain the preferred tea supplier for the UK’s finest hospitality and coffee brands.
What You’ll Do.
Foster wholesale growth through strategic business development and meticulous account management. Identify and target new sales opportunities ranging from specialty coffee shops and coffee roasters to independent delis, boutique hotels, and upmarket offices, establishing a strong sales pipeline. Ensure our brand becomes the preferred choice for premium specialty coffee outlets and coffee roasters. Analyse market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to fine-tune our strategies.
What You’ll Need to Bring.
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the specialty coffee or premium food and beverage sectors. A robust network and a commercial mindset to drive partnerships and revenue. A track record of successfully closing contracts and scaling accounts. A People Person - You’ll relish meeting new individuals and building trusted relationships. Enthusiastic & Motivated - Your role is to get potential customers excited about drinking and serving quality tea and chai. We need someone with boundless energy to spread the word! Proactive and Results-Driven - We are a small, passionate team of problem solvers who are highly motivated to achieve our ambitious goals over the next 3 years. Exceptionally Organized - Capable of managing your time and sales pipeline effectively, spending time both in the field and in the office as necessary. An Excellent Communicator - With the ability to effectively convey the brand story and values both verbally and in writing. Passionate about People and the Planet - The brand has ambitious plans concerning sustainability, and you will play a key role in sharing these efforts and encouraging our broader community and customer base to prioritize the planet too.
