We’re now looking for a Senior Barista to join one of our flagship City-based sites — a fast-paced, high-volume café designed for speed, service, and serious coffee.
The Role:- As Senior Barista, you’ll take full ownership of the coffee bar, delivering consistently high-quality service to both internal staff and high-end clients. Working independently behind the bar, you’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional coffee standards, managing stock, and ensuring the workspace meets all health and safety requirements.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative operations team, working closely with the receptionist and office manager to help ensure the office is well-presented and stocked with food and drink throughout the day. This is a hands-on role requiring initiative, reliability, and pride in providing an elevated hospitality experience.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare and serve excellent coffee using our La Marzocco Mod Bar system, grinders, and batch brew setup • Dial in grinders and calibrate coffee equipment daily to maintain flavour consistency • Independently manage the day-to-day running of the coffee bar • Provide warm, professional service to staff and visiting clients • Maintain up-to-date health & safety and hygiene documentation • Order and manage bar stock and supplies proactively • Keep the bar and kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day • Work as part of the wider office team to support day-to-day operational tasks
About You:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in specialty coffee plus min 1 year supervisory experience. Proven track record in a senior or supervisory barista role. Confident using high-end equipment Strong understanding of espresso theory, milk texturing, and brew methods. Calm under pressure with great communication skills. Reliable, professional, and quality-focused. Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
