Are you passionate about coffee and community? We’re 80 Stone Coffee Roasters — a specialty coffee roastery based in Croydon — and we’re on the lookout for someone to join us part-time at the roastery.
What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be joining a team of 3 and help with the daily rhythm of the roastery: • Preparing blends and packing orders • Getting involved in the production process • Helping keep the space running smoothly and clean
But if you’ve got the right attitude and curiosity, there’s also room to get hands-on with: • Cupping and tasting sessions • Coffee roasting • Brewing and barista skills
Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone local, friendly, and enthusiastic — someone who wants to be a part of a chilled, creative, coffee-loving community. Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything.
Extra skills? Even better. If you’re into: • Social media and content • Engineering or tinkering • Barista experience • Sustainability and circular practices …we’d love to hear about it.
