As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in both the gelato parlour and the coffee shop, making every shift a unique experience!
Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals to join our team as Gelato Servers. In this role, you will be the face of our gelato parlour, providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream. If you have a passion for gelato and coffee, and enjoy working in a lively environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: - Serve gelato and other desserts with a smile, ensuring an enjoyable experience for each customer. - Provide knowledgeable recommendations on flavors and toppings to enhance our customers’ choices. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the gelato parlour, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. - Assist in the preparation of gelato and other menu items, following established recipes and procedures. - Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic atmosphere. - Assist in the coffee shop during busy periods or as needed, gaining experience across both areas.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. - A passion for gelato, desserts, and coffee is a must! - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
