Customer Experience and Development is a brand new role we’re very excited about. It will be key to the wholesale customer journey with Hard Lines, from the first interaction with a potential customer to effectively solving delivery issues and ongoing customer management. The successful candidate will be helping to deliver our trademark customer service across all channels by tracking, managing and resolving customer queries. Working with the team to drive efficiencies across wholesale and production will also be a priority.
