Barista/ FoH

Prufrock Coffee is a bustling coffee shop located on Leather Lane in the historic area of Holborn in London.

Founded on the idea of sharing exceptional coffee, we love exploring the world of taste. Serving Square Mile Coffee Roasters on the bar, our espresso and filter menu is constantly changing as we feature a range of roasteries from Europe and beyond.

We’re looking for a full-time Barista to welcome and serve our guests. Our ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated with a passion for coffee, food, and hospitality. We look for someone guest-oriented, willing to take extra steps for our guests; we are very hospitality-oriented. We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about coffee, food and hospitality
• Willing to learn, curious and wanting to embrace new techniques and ideas
• Responsible, prompt, self-disciplined and reliable
• Self-motivated person with a “can-do” attitude
• Confident and engaging when dealing with customers
• Supportive of other staff members
• Available weekends

Skills and Qualifications:

• Willing to learn our approach to a guest
• Ideally, have previous experience in hospitality
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
