Wholesale support – South East of the UK

At Horsham Coffee Roaster, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional coffee and a personalized approach to every partner we work with. You will play a pivotal role by working with existing wholesale customers and helping to bring new customers to the business. Your focus will be on fostering strong, long-term relationships with our partners, ensuring their continued success, and delivering an outstanding experience. Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll help uphold Horsham’s reputation for quality, sustainability, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Account support: Develop and support all existing wholesale customers. Visit and train our wholesale customers. Advise clients on menu planning, equipment choices, and café setup to help them serve fantastic coffee.

Support new customers: Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities with potential local customers. Meet with new customers at the roastery and lead coffee tastings. Assist with new equipment quotes, ordering and installation

Coffee training: Provide hands-on training for our customers and the roastery and on site. Organize and facilitate coffee tastings. Share our business ethos and coffee knowledge with our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Experience in speciality coffee is essential. Proven ability to manage relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and support key accounts. Highly organized and able to work independently. Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel frequently.
